Happy Holidayyyyys!

Miel and I made sure to stop by the Union Square Market and I insisted on trying some ebelskivers, since I am Danish and I owe it to my people to partake in some of their national delicacies. They were deeelish...and, I am shocked to say, I found the parts that were not doused in chocolate, raspberry jam, and powdered sugar to be the best, as you could then get the full effect of how moist (yes, I said it..) and doughy the ebelskiver itself was.

I've come to the conclusion that, despite the wealth of food blogs, articles, even clubs dedicated to the search....I need to decide for myself: who makes the best burger in NYC?

Tres belated...but, better late than never! Since I am home sick, I had time to post about Thanksgiving and the pumpkin crisp I made at home.

Look, Miel, I'm posting on our blog! Now if only I could figure out how to create all those sections we dreamed up...

Oh, well, for now, this will have to do. These are photos of the amaaaazing coconut cake Miel made me for my 24th birthday back in August...this made a delicious dinner...and late night snack when we rolled in at 6 am...and breakfast....and dinner again after that all you can drink champagne brunch at Paradou...
